This is my third stay at the Ben Lomond, and I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to your staff here as they are very courteous and responsive to your needs; very customer service focused. I look forward to my continued stays here, and I have already recommended this hotel to colleagues who are going to be traveling/working at Hill AFB.
