Gold's Gym Downtown is a total workout facility with a pool, suspended track, cycling, GGX classes, treadmills, bikes, steppers, ellipticals, circuit and free weights, sauna, steam room, racquetball, basketball court, and full locker rooms. Gold's Gym day passes are available at the front desk for registered hotel guests for $5 ($10 value).
Hotel guests can also enjoy Bikram Yoga (hot yoga) at Ogden Bikram Yoga, 111 Historic 25th Street, 2nd Floor (four blocks from the hotel). Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. In this 90 minute hatha yoga class, every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon and organ in the body will receive benefit. The room is heated so be prepared to sweat, strain, laugh and do more for your health, body, and general well-being than you ever imagined possible.
Bring a mat, bath-sized towel, and a bottle of water (mat, towels, and water are available for rent or sale if needed). Wear leotards, shorts, or a bathing suit. come well hydrated and have an empty stomach.
