Thank you so much for your help with our Wedding Celebration.
Kara & John
In December of 2014 our family came to the Ben Lomond Hotel so that our parents could have a 50th anniversary dance in a large ballroom.
Thank you to Kristal, the events coordinator.
Wow! Everything turned out so beautifully, Krystal. We couldn't have done this without you. The hotel & reception space are beautiful. The food & sashes & decor - all fabulous. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Thank you again for our excellent evening in your hotel. I don't know where I could have gone and gotten such personal, attentive customer service. You and Shelly really have impressed me throughout this process--talking me through my concerns on a Saturday night (you), greeting me the day before our reception to make sure I had any vases or glassware I wanted (Shelly), staying with us all evening and making sure our experience was wonderful. Wow! I could go on and on. And I got your hand-written note--very nice. The expense was very affordable. The Sunlit Room was so beautiful. Everything was just perfect.
Dear Kristal -
May the happiness of the holiday season be with you all year round.
We have been so grateful for your help! You have been a "joy" to work with!

The groom's family planned the whole wedding luncheon remotely from St. Louis. The wedding luncheon was for 100 guests and held in the Sunlit Room. The bride and groom were married in the Ogden LDS Temple.
Everything turned out so wonderful Saturday, you have an amazing staff. They made the evening great for my guests!
Just wanted to send you and Ben Lomond Hotel a huge THANK YOU for the accommodations that made Lacey and Tim’s wedding a smashing success! You and your staff were fantastic to work with. The dinner catered by Sandy’s was wonderful. The pie bar at the reception was perfect! Kristen did a splendid job with the setup and pie service. With the number guests we had, we were so busy greeting & meeting, hugging & kissing & dancing :) ... that Brian and I as well as Tim and Lacey didn’t even get to savor a piece of pie. It was perfect anyway, we had nothing but positive feedback and lots of compliments. The dining and ballrooms were gorgeous, the table set-ups and our decorations couldn’t have worked out better. My mother-in-law (Lacey’s Gma Betty Robertson), a lifetime Ogdenite with ties to downtown Ogden from way back, said “Lacey was so beautiful and Tim handsome…. the reception looked like something out of a Hollywood movie”. She is 85 and on oxygen, she enjoyed so much that she stayed for the entire evening! Like many of the guests, they didn’t stop by then leave, they hung around ... in my book that interprets as a “Great Party”!
Please pass my gratitude on to Kristen.
Thanks again for everything!
