Room was pleasant but wouldn't likely stay here again.
Breakfast. Really Dirty windows, faulty shower. Staff did not seem very knowledgeable.

The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. Loved the lobby decor. The location was perfect; many restaurants and shops within walking distance in the historic section.

I loved this hotel because of its antiquity, class, elegance and GREAT staff!!! The room was a large 2 room suite with a very comfortable bed. I love the homemade breakfast which all guests partake in along with free parking and being right in the middle of the Ogden town action! Restaurant 1107 on the top floor of the hotel is an absolutely superb dining experience both for the palette and the view!

Yesterday was nice and quiet other than the fact that they are trying to charge us $100 for smoking
The management is terrible they charged our card two different times when we paid cash. And when we tried to get ahold of them it's been 3 weeks now nobody's called us back we've gone there 3 times nobody's come out to talk to us nobody's called us back even still. We were hung up on twice it's ridiculous.
We love going there to get away. It's quiet it's nice it's clean free breakfast Wi-Fi it's a beautiful hotel.

The Bigelow is a beautiful place.
No pool or spa, leaving.
Two history major found this hotel, fascinating! The lobby brings you back in time, the staff is down to earth, and the room was much - much bigger than expected. We had a fabulous time.

Love the ambiance of the historic old hotel, and the modern rooms were welcoming after a long drive.
A ramp up the stairs from the parking lot would have been nice, instead of dragging suitcases up the steps.
The registration desk people were efficient & friendly. The bartender was outgoing and likeable. The housekeeping staff were doing an excellent job. The breakfast and breakfast crew were good (food was plentiful and tasty).

Clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay.
I've lived in Utah my whole life but have only needed to stay in Ogden a few times. I always wanted to stay at the Ben Lomend/now Bigelow. We had a wedding to attend and took this opportunity to stay there. It was very nice. Easy check in, good parking, clean spacious room and very quiet. If the need arrises again, we will stay there.

Terrible rooms for what you pay.
The staff seemed to have no idea of what they where doing. The room had no informational booklet. You literally have to guess where everything is. Nothing is explained to you at check in. The room was not clean nor did it offer what I requested for. The views where terrible.

I’ll be back!
About the only issue if you could even call it that would be the breakfast buffet has sausage one day and bacon the next and they alternate. They should give you the option of each and every day because I am a bacon guy. Like I said, pretty much nothing wrong at all with the place - or the food - or the staff - or the service.
This place is awesome. Right downtown in the most dignified building in the city, maybe 20 bucks a night more than a Motel 6 (that undoubtedly would smell of stale cigarette smoke) - lovin’ the Ben Lomond!
