Tona is a wonderful Japanese sushi bar and grill that the hotel's owners just love (the owners eat there at least once a week when they are in town). Tona's sushi, tempura and teriyaki are great. Tona's bento boxes are another a tasty option that allow guests to sample a couple of items on the menu. Do not miss their deserts either. Tona is generally busy so expect a 15 minute wait unless you are lucky or remember to call ahead and make a reservation.
