From the time I walked in the door to the time I departed, the staff was outstanding in their service and seeing to my needs.
My room was clean, spacious, and quiet and most of all, I really had two rooms- one for sleeping in a truly comfortable bed or working at a desk, and the other with a sitting area with two nice chairs, coffee table and included another TV, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and cupboard. The only thing lacking was a foot stool on which I could put my feet up when I sat in the chairs.
My bathroom was clean and spacious with a jet tub, hairdryer and great lighting.
Breakfast was included and was a full meal with items such as eggs, bacon, sliced fruit, cereals, toast, coffee, and juice. The items that needed to be warm were warm and the items that needed to be cool were cool. Great service and food.
And one of the best parts of the Ben Lomond Suites is the historical side - the architecture is fascinating - the ceilings are beautiful tin-type and plaster, the marble stairs is nothing less than elegant and the brass railings in the elevators are wonderful. The stories that the wall could tell would probably fill a book - several books.
I was within walking distance of the Eccles Center for a conference, the inside skydiving and activity center, and a quick shuttle ride to Powder Mountain and Ski Basin for wet-your-lips powder skiing.
I loved my stay with the folks at Ben Lomond and am most certainly looking forward to my next visit! I'd recommend it to my mom!
Vstil gave the hotel 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend it to a friend.
